1.5.0: Hydroangia and Dayblooms despawning version 1.6.1

What is the bug:
I updated to the most recent version of the pack and noticed my hydroangias and dayblooms were gone. So I replaced them as they were and did some other projects in the game and noticed they disappeared again. I thought I would report this in case no one had it happen to them yet.

Update to Botania introduced a decay mechanic for those flowers. You'll need to turn off a certain config to stop it.

The config can be found here: Y:\our\mod\folder\...\direwolf20_17\minecraft\config\Botania.cfg
The config setting you should be looking for is: "passiveWither.time".
The default setting is 24'000. -1 should make them last forever...
