2. No use of illegal mods such as: xray, fullbright, fly, speed, etc.
3.No use off illegal modded clients allowed
4. No abusing PVP glitches in a NON-PVP Zone

Some advice,
Banning nano and quantum armor just makes IC2 pointless, because there is no major goal if you disable the main objective of the mod.
Banning xycraft makes no sense in general.

this. moreover, despite Xy being incomplete, quartz and crystals are still nice for Thaum research...
