1.4.6 EE3

Well, Lordmau5 has done it again. To anyone who is interested there is a 1.4.6, unofficial, update, but that is the beauty of an open source! InvTweaks is being used as a 3rd Party port, so let's hope!

The spreadsheet says it's done..? If they were to use Lordmau5's I'm pretty sure they would've done the same with what they did with InvTweaks and stated it was a 3rd party port.
Though, I can't seem to find anything 1.4.6 released from Pahimar himself.

I notice on the google docs page that EE3 has been listed as updated, not as a 3rd party port like Inventory Tweaks. However, as far as I can see, the official download is still 1.4.2
