Open 1.4.1: Why my water had gone... ?

What is the bug:
In 1.5.1 version, sometimes water disappeared when I restart my world...

I used pump of mekanism mod above my water pool to pump the water, but I refill the water pool occasionally.

I think that it might be problem of mekanism, but I did not what is problem exactly.

Mekanism is not supported for this modpack.

I mean I add the mod mekanism and I think there are some problem because of adding.

The electric pump uses a large range and I think I supposed to extract all water over time, you will def need more then a 2x2 pool. Are there any other errors? You won't get official support if you add mods.

And why use that pump?
Extra Utilities is a better choice.
