I have found one in a 1.4.1 created world, they are however extremely rare.

They're very rare, you could however create one...

Seed won't help, Thaumcraft gen is generated after the world.

Ok, well the server I am playing on is running 1.4.1 (not created on 1.4.1, but the chunks that I am discovering should be based on the modpack, right?), and I've run (draconic leggings, globetrotters sash, creative flight) around discovering THOUSANDS of chunks and biomes, and still haven't found one single tainted biome.

You know, I said that, and I moved about 50 chunks east, and found one. Holy crap what kind of coincidence is that?
