Open 1.4.1: Ftb Infinity thaumcraft acpects gone

What is the bug:
i just updated my infinity instance from 1.3.1 to the newest version and when i logged on to my world all my thaumcraft points had gone. i retained my research that i had done earlier prior to the update. is there a fix to get my points back or do i need to scan a bunch of things all over again as it was a pain the first time.

Did you have backup running? If so you can try to restore your playerdata folder from the backup. On a side note I always do a manual backup of my saves before I upgrade a pack. I"ve had more than a few go weird on me.
