What is the bug:

It does matter because all these things are broken in game. Waila one is less important and prob only fixable by mod, may be due to recent forge liquid changes. Agricraft nitorwart may also be only mod fixable but I can't figure out what is wrong with it as it seems to have the same case as other plants. For the sulfur there is no railcraft sulfur ore being spawned by cofh but luckily there is nether sulfur ore. The potion conflict is pretty bad in my option as it makes blood seal potions into part of witchery moonshine effect. The enchantment problem means we miss out on those wither enchants.
