Open 1.4.1: Crash on place blocks playing in server

Me and my friend are playing in the server modpack infinity , however every time he puts a block, minecraft it closes .

It was already without OptiFine , however put to see if solved , but failed.

Is it a specific block, or a special modded block. (I.E. are you placing dirt and stone or a modded block of some sort)
