Open 1.4.1: Colourful Frame?!

What is the bug:
I have random blocks with this colourful frame and i dunno how to fix it: i reinstalled the game (Everything: Game + Launcher)
I deletet all Clienet Dats from the server and its still there.
Hope someone know this and can help me to fix this Frame ;((((

Looks like the effect from Shift R-Clicking w/ one of the 2 legendary rings from botania.

But how can i fix it?!
i have the ring of aesir in the inventory i push Shift R-Click and nothing ;((((
