What is the bug:
Since this works with containers from multiple mods I assume it's a problem with the Ore Dictionary or such:

You can convert between Charged and regular Certus Quartz ore for free, for example by adding to a JABBA barrel already containing the other kind. Also works with the MFR Unifier, and thus probably with any other Ore Dictionary converter.

For those trying to replicate note this only applies to the ore block, not the crystals. For those trying to exploit, rush a TiCon Silk Touch tool XD

This bug is still happening? This bug has been happening since the first version of Infinity, I'm suprised it hasn't been fixed by now

Tested yesterday on 1.4.1, also happened in 1.3.x, that's when I started my barrel of Certus. Thankfully charging is essentially free anyway once you're set to do anything with AE2, and it requires Silk Touch to exploit. Then again priority on Railcraft blocks/ingots has been in for quite a while too...
