What is the bug:
If you click on raw fish. It says they can be made by putting a cooked fish in the witch's oven. I haven't ever been able to do this and believe it is a bug.

Yes. By opening NEI and clicking on raw fish and scrolling through methods on how it can be made.
Known Fix:
Remove the recipe because it is not supposed to be there. It is probably supposed to be raw fish -> cooked fish.
