I set up everything, right click and nothing happens. Anyone else having problems? I haven't seen Chaos Islands either.

It worked before.

Quartz pillars, diamond blocks etc.?

I have it setup like the picture in the book

You are probably using the wrong quartz pillars. Its the only material thats easy to mix up.
