Open 1.3.4: Crash Upon Booting

What is the bug:
When we launch the server, it crashes completely. Happened out of the blue. I know its an older version, I plan on updating it. Just want this to be fixed before updating.

Can it be repeated:
Same report every time we start the server.

Known Fix:

Turn off chunkloading and then kill all zombies with OPIS.

I disabled it through forge chunkloading. Still crashed on startup. That brings me to the question of, is there somewhere else I need to disable it?

Railcraft modules has a chunkloading config for itself.
But then it will remove all anchors and turn them into obsidian.

And try to allow forge, to remove erroring entities.
