1.3.0: Losing health in Morph

What is the bug:
I have already lost a 1 heart of life making the reinforced watering can.

I then added a red heart cannister to my inventory.

Now every time I shift from bat to human form I have half health which I need to regen.

I'm sure this is a bug because I used to spawn with full health when I was full health as a bat.

I just removed the cannister and the same thing occurs so

Have you tried morphing from another mob to human and then back to human?

I haven't but now same thing happened with a twist.

I morphed into an enderminy and now my hearts stay at 4 and I won't heal. Tried morphing to a bat and the health didn't change. I used a splash potion of regeneration that I had handy and that didn't heal me either.

Two different forms, no healing and just to show the tinker's cannister. I did try use the creative soul fragment but that didn't help either.

Edit: A potion of healing did help.
