1.3.0: Bees missing from NEI

What is the bug:
After updating to 1.3.0, players on my server have noticed that various Forestry bees, including the entire "Noble" and "Industrious" line, have disappeared. Furthermore, "Bee Produce" entries for combs that missing bees make, such as Noble's Dripping Combs, are partially broken.

However, Genetics and GenDustry both hold samples and serums for these missing species.

Broken on Direwolf20 1.7.10 1.3.0:

• 188 Princesses available: Screenshot, CSV dump
• Recipes for Dripping Comb: Screenshot, note that only Mystical bees now appear to produce Dripping.
  • However, the NEI breeding page for Mystical bees show that they are produced from Noble bees.
  • From this page, the usages of Noble bees show that, internally, they still produce Dripping Combs.

Known Fix:

• Update NEI Addons to 1.12.8 (causes client-server incompatibility)

I would like to add that this does not affect Extra Bees or Magic bees, only "standard" forestry bees.

It appears that updating to the latest NEI Addons (1.12.8) fixes this issue. However, doing so makes client and server incompatible.
