What is the bug:
Installing FTB Departed 1.4.0 with the Curse Client and the FTB Launcher give different instances. Curse Client is actually giving me version 1.3.0.

Can it be repeated:
1. Install FTB Departed with Curse Client
2. Install FTB Departed with FTB Launcher
3. Compare instances, notably versions of mods and version of pack at the title screen

Known Fix:
Fix Curse's FTBDeparted-1.4.0-1.7.10.zip
 
Should be fixed as soon as things propagate across the networks. Thanks for the report.
