1.2.1: Can't change travel anchor settings

What is the bug:
I just updated from 1.1.1 to 1.2.1. I can't change travel anchor settings. If I break it and replace it I can change settings normally.
NOTE: I updated enderio to 1.7.10-2.2.8.356 when I had the 1.1.1 version of the modpack.

So, you can not change settings of existing travel anchors, but if you break and replace them, you can?

If I right click on one of them it says Only 6d9cb20e-bf18-47f3-b934-e0fd6740451c may change this blocks settings.

So that would be your uuid, maybe enderio messed up the data
