Open 1.2.0: Thermal Expansion Induction Smelter Not Working

What is the bug:
whenever i try and put items into an induction smelter, whether it be iron and ferrous for invar, gold and silver for electrum ect it only allows me to put items in the right slot and nothing in the left. this has been tested for armor plating and alloys such as invar and electrum. the only thing i can seem to make with it is enderium

also the version is 1.3.4 but it only lets me add up to 1.2.0

Click on the "lock flux slot" button and it works
