Open 1.2.0: Thaumcraft research bug

What is the bug:
I have problem in my world with thaumcraft. I dont know if my save is corrupted or what but now im stuck and cant progres in that mod. I found it after so many times turning it off and on i just one day got in and found it

Can it be repeated:
Just try start with thaumcraft restart game X times and you maybe will get it

I have had the same issue, tho i could scan stuff, but i could not get any research that was all reset too but, with paper and ink, i still couldnt get any new research, the only thing i can think off is use the backups.
