Open 1.2.0: Spatial cells

What is the bug:
1.2.1 actually.
AE2 Spacial Cells. I understand that screaming about the whitelist only policy will fall on deaf ears.
But in the mechanics of this there is a problem. Inside the spatial dimension I can't place a block in a space where a block was but was not moved over. I can place blocks in places that were empty before.

Yes.

Known Fix:
None. Probably by design.

Just to clarify. Are you saying that if you tried to move a block into the storage cell and it didn't (Because of whitelist), the space where it should have moved into cannot have a block placed there?
