Open 1.2.0: Server crashing after about 5 min.

What is the bug:
I have been running a server since version 1.0.2 and now the server is crashing after about 5 min after starting it.

I am not sure what the issue is and hope someone here knows what going on.

The exception says that there is lightning in one of your mystcraft ages. You might try making a backup and then deleting all of your mystcraft ages, and see if the server is able to hold its act together longer then.
Unless you know which one has lightning - then you can just delete that one.
