What is the bug:
I downloaded the newest Infinity server files via the FTB Launcher and it launches up with no problem and in the final lines it stops the server.

It's a linux server running Java JDK 1.6
Dual core 3Ghz processor
8gig of RAM

Known Fix:
 
I believe the minimum version you need for java is 1.7, 64-bit, so I would try that first.
 
I'm going to second the minimum java version as 1.7 64-bit. Though I would suggest getting updated to java 1.8.25 64-bit if you can. Future proof your java version and matches up with what the Curse Launcher (and Mojang Launcher) use as the default java version.
 
As someone already mentioned java 1.6 doesn't work for infinity. You need at least 1.7. I recommend 1.8 though.
