Open 1.2.0: IC2 turning table + logistics pipes

What is the bug:
I cannot craft an iron turning blank in a request table If i try to shift click in the recipy i get booted off the server. i can rejoin but client will crash to desktop if i try to reopen the request table.

So i break it and build it in a tinkers crafting table, make my drill in the turning table only to realize what i needed was the handle so i put the iron turning blank into the "sort" slot of the request table and BOOM server crashed and wont restart. world corrupted apparently.

I just made a tiny version of my setup in a single player world and same thing. Crash.

Can it be repeated:
Easy, just make a tiny logistic pipe system with a request table and put the IC2 "iron turning blank" into the "sort" slot.

Btw. why can't i choose 1.2.1 when this is the recommended version?
Will try deleting request table with mcedit.

I managed to fix my world by using mcedit and removing the request table in question. Can someone else confirm or deny this?
