Open 1.2.0: FTB Infinity Bee Pollination Bug?

What is the bug:
I've tried for a couple of hours, on V 1.01, 1.10 and 1.20, but it seems the Pollination of trees from the bees dosn't work on this modpack;
I don't think I'm missing something as I used to do it on other modpacks, and tried it with the fastest bees, without any success.

I don't seem to find any form of information about that; is it a bug for this modpack, or am I missing something?

(of course I'm looking for those mutated leaves with Spectacles/Aapiary's hat)

I can totally confirm this bug, i have same issues. FTB Infinity 1.1

And in 1.2.1 still not pollinating.

I noticed the same bug. Looks like bees can't pollinate vanilla trees for some reason.
As soon as i ran oak and birch saplings through treeanalyzer (they changed to forestry saplings) and planted them, leaves started mutating as they should

AFAIK this is not a bug. Bees don't pollinate vanilla trees anymore. They will only pollinate those which you have analyzed. This is a good thing.
