Open 1.2.0: Could not get provider type for dimension 2, does not exist

What is the bug:
First of all its actually FTB Infinity 1.2.1

Whenever i join my server i instantly timeout and i'm unable to join it. Im looking for some help as me nor my friends are able to play

Yes, every time i join the server after i restart it the problem persists

Dont know yet

This can be fixed by updating RFTools. Unfortunately, it will not apply to previously errored worlds.
