What is the bug:

The world was created in SSP and it has been working for weeks without issues. The standard minecraft dimensions appear to work fine, and I can use the Mystcraft books to teleport in between the overworld, the nether, and the end without crashing, but as soon I move to any other dimension (Twilight forest, Mystcraft ages), the crash above happens on the client. The server stays alive and can accept new connections.
Loading the same server folder with a fully new world allowed me to use Mystcraft books, but my goal is to use this specific SSP save in a server.

EDIT: I fixed this locally by copying over the SERVER config folder into the client. My original attempt, which was to copy the client config folder into the server, did not work.
