Bug 1.12 FTB Presents direwolf20(2.5.0) Server Keeps crashing

My server keeps crashing and I am not fluent enough in the logs to figure out what causes it to crash.

Version of minecraft: 1.12
Mod pack: FTB Presents Direwolf20
Mod pack Version: 2.5.0

If no - please post full log - use paste.feed-the-beast.com (it doesn't have the limits that pastebin.com have)

If yes - is there a crash-report, please post that using paste.feed-the-beast.com as well.
