I can click on a tank with a bucket to put liquid into it, but I can't click with an empty bucket to get it back out. Is this a bug? I only have Openblocks, Extrautilities, Computercraft and Portalgun installed, so as far as I know there's nothing that can get the liquids back into buckets.
