1.10.2 mods with plugins question

Hey just want to know what i can use to add plugins to a 1.10.2 server mob pack from FTB (e.g cauldron, mcpc and so on)

To run Bukkit plugins you need Thermos but it only supports 1.7.10. You can find plugins for sponge here, https://forums.spongepowered.org/c/plugins/plugin-releases
