Open 1.1.0: Thermal Expansion machine recipes missing from NEI

What is the bug:
There are no entries in NEI for resources created by some TE machines, for example:

No recipes for snowballs/snow/ice for the Glacial Precipitator
No recipes for Obsidian/Stone/Cobble for the Igneous Extruder
