Open 1.1.0: Suddenly can't place Ex Compressum bait.

What is the bug:
I have no clue why, but for some reason at some point I just stopped being able to place the baits from Ex Compressum. I don't get any kind of error message or anything, it's just that right clicking does absolutely nothing, as it would with any other item that has no right click function. I'm pretty sure I was able to place bait earlier but for some reason now I can't.

This was a messup in adding the squid bait and was fixed in the latest version of Ex Compressum. Workaround is indeed placing them in water blocks until FTB updates.
