What is the bug:
Hay,
Please help me, i have a Home-Server at my Computer if i start my Server now my PC-CPU is at 100% and the server is spamming stuff in my console.

other relevant info would be java version (make sure it is the 64 bit one)
as for the notion that you system is not powerful enough to run the client and the server I find that hard to believe as my i5 with a lesser video card is able to handle both of those tasks
I guess its possible if you had a large number of people on and everyone generating new world chunks...
how often do you restart your server? and when you do does it immediately go up to 100%?
