Open 1.1.0: Returning from The End gives Soul Fray

What is the bug:
When in the end, when you jump in the portal formed when the dragon dies you will spawn in the overworld with the effect "Soul Fray".

Going to The End and returning through the portal will create the effect.

This is a mod bg, not a pack bug. Would need to be reported to mod author, but 1.7.10 Blood magic is EoL.
