Open 1.1.0: Nuclear Control Information Panel

What is the bug:
I dont know if it is the pack or the mod but when you set up a Information panel with a ic2 nuclear reactor the displayed remaining time starts at the correct time but doesn't count dome in seconds.

I believe this only effects non-single cell fuel rods.
