I can confirm as well that the Current version of Cloud9(1.1.0) does not work. Both the Server and client download fail to load.
The crash logs point to Spice of Life. Removing Spice of life from the server files allows it to start normally, and the same with the Client.

Hard to believe an update to the pack would be pushed to the launcher without being tested in the slightest
