Open 1.1.0: EnderIO's Enderman's head doesn't drop

What is the bug:
There's a small bug about compatibility between EnderIO Enderman's Head vs Headcrumbs's Enderman's head.

When I was trying to make a soul binder, it's required an EnderIO head. The problem is Enderman only drop Headcrumbs Ender's head.

So in short, there's no way to obtains EnderIO's head.

They drop for me, it's a low chance, making a TiCo cleaver helped a lot.

headcrumbs have like a seperate drop for heads. so sometimes you get ender io one and sometimes you get headcrumbs. i dont really know why people add that mod anymore... it makes the game messy.

The Ender is pretty good for getting EnderIO heads. With Headcrumbs enabled I was getting a regular Ender IO head drop from endermen with no Looting on the sword and no drops of Headcrumbs heads.
