Closed 1.1.0: Deep Storage Unit

What is the bug:
Is deep storage unit disabled in the mod pack. I see a recipe using reinforced stone, but it shows no recipe to make reinforced stone. Help on if this is disabled or not is welcome. let's me know to give up and move on to other large storage units.

Reinforced stone is made in world from scaffold (the metal scaffolding from IC2) and CF Foam spray. You will then need to make sure the in world block is lit up so it can "dry" into reinforced stone. Alternatively you can right click the foam covered scaffold with a block of sand.
