What is the bug:
Chisel2 stairs do not work in the latest version of the Direwolf20 pack (1.1.1). Stairs can be chiseled in inventory, but when placed in the world (or broken and re-placed) they do not maintain their appearance.
Only stairs placed on the North/South axis with the stair facing East will work properly. All other stairs change texture when placed and cannot be chiseled after being placed.

This does not seem to affect other Chisel blocks.
