What is the bug:
Achievements for Buildcraft are unable to progress because the Iron Gear from Thermal Foundation does not trigger the "Is it stainless?" achievement, and the recipe to craft the Buildcraft Iron Gear is disabled. Testing in Creative, even giving oneself the Iron Gear from Buildcraft doesn't satisfy the requirement. The item must be crafted.
