What is the bug:
On my world my tps was 20 (using /tps and /cofh tps) all the time. After this update my tps wouldn't go above 2.00 tps. After I started playing the tps dropped by about 0.10 tps per second, or faster.

I restarted my client and then checked the tps and it wouldn't go above 0.40... Hopefully this will get fixed soon.

Or remove MobiusCore.

Can I update my server and my client without danger? - Or I lose my world or have to need make a new one? (sry I can´t english very well, use the google translator, hop you will understand me)

I downgraded to 1.1.1 and the tps went back up to 20 tps. There weren't any problems downgrading to 1.1.1

Mystcraft 11.1 is causing some serious tps problem, I recommend downgrade to 11.0
