1.0.3: Unable to use veinminer

What is the bug:
I am unable to use veinminer. There seems to be no config key for it and I am also unable to use the /veinminer mode command.

I guess this may be caused by the fact that veinminer isn't part of this pack?

huh. weird. i assumed it was put in when i saw the config for it. IDK why my fresh install has the veinminer config. Anyone else have this config?

I have the config files as well, and I am not sure why.

they included configs to make it easier to drop in certain mods. Then veinminer was in the early test versions of the pack. Yet was removed at the packs launch.
