Reinstall, or leave it on the title screen for about a minute. My laptop will go back to the title screen, saves screen, or mltiplayer screen for a few seconds, then the world starts.

I was able to open my world in McEdit and look around didn't notice anything abnormal. Moved my character to a different area in the world saved and tried it again still failing to launch. I can understand in a save gets corrupted, it happens sometimes, but being unable to start a new one is kind of irritating me. I am fairly new to the modded minecraft game so I'm sure i don't know all the tricks to possible fix this problem. Heck took me nearly an hour to figure out mcedit.

Next time I boot up my PC I will uninstall and reinstall to see if that fixes it.

Make sure to back up your saves if you do so. Also, try to start a new world without copy/pasta-ing your old world back into the saves folder first, just in case.

Also, the console is complaining about stuff not being in "GZIP format". Odd.

Ok so I started a new world and now a similar crash is happening. Although now I can create new worlds withing the pack and they work fine. I tried to open the messed up save in mcedit and it fails to open.

I'm using version 1.2.1 of the pack. Here is the patebin of the issue. If anybody can help me it would be greatly appreciated. I'm getting tired of starting new worlds when one crashes after a month or so.

So it's saying that something with extended block storage is having issues with.... Either not having enough processing power from your computer to do what it wants to, but doing it anyway; Or it's location is bad for some reason, like maybe it's being unloaded with it's chunk and doesn't like that. I think.
Most likely something to do with system resources and how much the game is using, since it's a tick exception.

How much RAM do you have dedicated to FTB at the moment? Also, are you running anything else along with MC?

I have 16gb ram in my system was using 4 when issue started. Bumped it up to 6, still having issue launching. Its acting like my player is in a corrupted chunk. I cant get the save to open in mcedit to move the player to another position in the world to see if that is the issue. I have no other programs running in the background while trying to launch the world so all computer resources should be available. Not sure which version of Java is currently running. I will try that next

Interesting, I take it you have a updated version of MCEdit as well, and yet it still won't open...
I must admit this issue is now beyond my experience, as I have never had a corrupted world before, just corrupted chunks. All I can suggest is to try to find a alt version of MCEdit and try that, and if that doesn't work you may have to send out the Bat Signal on this one.

Alright so I know this is a dead forum but I want to put this here in case anyone with the same issue stumbles upon this thread by chance.

This specific issue is solved by going into your saves folder and finding the save which you wish to load. You then open that folder and enter the Ender Storage folder. Delete everything inside that folder. Your items inside ender chests will be deleted. This should solve the issue if anyone else is having it. Good luck on your searches, happy modding, and Merry Christmas.
