What is the bug:
Steve Carts is missing mapping, thus framerate drop may occur

Mod & Version:
Steve Carts

Can it be repeated:
place a steve carts manager and a cart from teh same mod. each time they interact, the error is thrown.

update: not the cart and the manager but the External Distributor can't keep it's state.
