1.0.3: Power not flowing from Extra Utillities Generators

What is the bug:
When Power is produced in a Extra Utillities Generator, the power does not transfer in to power hungry machines touching it.

I am trying to power Ender IO machines, and once i updated from 1.0.2 the power stopped flowing from the Lava Generator i had powering a SAG Mill and Alloy Smelter touching it.

I believe you need some sort of conduits now.
