1.0.3: Portal from BEDROCK dimension stop the server

What is the bug:
When you are in the bedrock dimension and you make a portal with the ichorium pickaxe to pass into the overworld the server stop, it not crash but freeze. I don't have any logs about that, it just happen every time someone try that.

Disables bedrock dimension..

You should have a portal already in the ceiling where you spawn to go back. I otherwise made a mystcraft book to go back and forth.

They got homes, spawn and warp to go back. I just don't want to see a crash from a player that wanted to down the server. Anyway to disables thoses portals ?

Disable the pick itself? That is what is creating the new portal right?
