Version:
1.0.3

What is the bug:
I created four mystcraft ages and the last one is super laggy. Tick time in it is 150ms - 350ms, max -1000ms. Tried to run opis to see what is causing the lag and I got this:

Capffffffture.PNG

I also tried to run the minecraft debug command:

[17:37:28] [Client thread/INFO]: [CHAT] /debug <start|stop>
[17:37:32] [Client thread/INFO]: [CHAT] start, stop
[17:37:32] [Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 2754ms behind, skipping 55 tick(s)
[17:37:33] [Server thread/INFO]: [XxZajoZzO: Started debug profiling]
[17:37:33] [Client thread/INFO]: [CHAT] Started debug profiling
[17:37:33] [Server thread/WARN]: Something's taking too long! 'root.levels.Survival.tick.tickBlocks' took aprox 242.369168 ms
What could be causing the lag?

Mod & Version:
mystcraft-1.7.10-0.11.0.00

Paste.feed-the-beast.com log:

Can it be repeated:

Known Fix:

3 guesses here, crumble, erosion, or decay. Unless your seeing a different type of instability?

You can also get very laggy worlds with Mystcraft if you have lots of flowing water. Like lakes that form on islands and so on.

Also falling gravel and sand also cause a lot of lag.

I disabled instability and I don't see any decay.

I tried to wait for a few minutes so the gravel falls to the ground but it didn't help and also when I tried to change my render distance, It was much better, even at 15 chunks but 16 was laggy.

Does it have pink slime as a liquid? That was an issue at one point due to spawning slimes.
Actually, what is the description of the world? If any mods have made their mark on it that might be part of the issue.

No it doesn't. And the dimension is randomly generated with no modifiers.

Could you look at the biome/biomes used in the world(F3)? Might be biome related.

One of us might get you close too the cause.

Every chunk is a diffirent biome (checker board pattern changing between two biomes). It is a cave world with mosty netherrack and ore gen is only quartz.

There are two biomes: Hell and Quagmire

Also my tick time is not always high. Watch this video please:

I tried disabling mob spawning with /gamerule doMobSpawning false and killing entities with /xu_killliving and opis. But if I rerun opis it will detect some imps and skeletons sometimes even if difficulty was on peaceful.

Oho, that's interesting. I wonder why it's specifically the library chunk. I'm guessing this isn't happening with the libraries in other ages, or you'd likely have mentioned it.

I think it's not because of the library but because chunks in the distance. I think it's something wrong with the terrain generation.
