What is the bug:
I have glowstones painted with Apple wood planks from extra trees using the Ender IO painting machine cause my world to crash on load.

Can it be repeated:
Paint glowstone with apple wood planks using the Ender io painting machine and place it into the world.

Known Fix:
Saved my world via MCEdit. Deleted the offending blocks and the world loaded.

Painting machine and Forestry wood don't seem to get along. This is now a consistent issue.
