What is the bug:
(DIM-1) Nether is at 15ms+ with only some enderpump in. I have the exactly same problem on my second DW20 server. With no players in the nether, enderpump's are loading/unloading chunks again and again. It cause very high ms. If a player goes to the nether, it stop and ms are stable

Without plugin folder it's the same. It crash the server for a reason that i don't know.

Known Fix:
With: load-chunk-on-request: true the server don't crash but nether is still high ms.

If someone go in the nether, the latence go down, like 0.3-1.5ms but if leave it go up again.
