1.0.3: Ender Quarry Crash

What is the bug:
On a server in a mystcraft mining age, the Ender Quarry crashed the server twice in 4 hours with the linked crash-log. It was set up with an Ender Chest on top, a Tesseract to one side providing power, and a World Hole and Speed III upgrades.

Can it be repeated:
Can't repeat on demand, but happened twice with the same crash-log on the server.

Given the crashlog... I'd have to guess it's either something the ender quarry or the adjoining inventory (ender chest) doesn't like, or one of the upgrades is buggy. Which ender chest is being used, the normal or modded one?

It was the enderchest from enderstorage mod...with the diamond lock on the latch making it private, not that I think that makes a difference with how it acts as an inventory as far as this case is concerned.

Humm. Yeah, I think some item is going through and causing issues by not stacking correctly. Which item, however, I can't say. I've heard that the quarry has a one item inventory it uses to put things into other ones, maybe something is dropping more than one type of item at a time?
Try putting silk touch on the quarry instead, that might avoid whatever is causing the issue.
