1.0.3: Crash when using COmputercraft modem on TE resonant cell

What is the bug:
as topic says..

when i put a modem from computercraft on a resonant energy cell and right clicks the modem to activate it, the game crashes.

yes, tried 3 newly created worlds and it happend in all 3

It's not just the TE Resonant Energy Cell, I also crashed when hooking up a wired modem to a EIO Vibrant Capacitor.

the OpenPheripherals that are shipped with DW20-Pack are not able to connect to those Inventories. Dire said so in his Forgecraft-Episode with his Reactor-Programm.

For me it doesn't crash, but the peripheral doesn't work. It is called broken_peripheral, and has only one useles Method.
But in singleplayer it works great!

Openperipherals for MC 1.7.10 is still in development, in pack version 1.0.1/1.0.2 there wasn't even content..
GIve them a few weeks to finish their work ;D
